Raffle after lunch
The menu this year will include two (2) choices:
1. Apple Brie Chicken w/Creamy Brie & Apples, Roasted Potatoes w/Cracked Peppercorn Sauce, or
2. Lemon Cream Ricotta Ravioli (Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli w/Lemon Cream Sauce and Grilled Vegetables)
Each dish comes with a Garden Salad with Spring Mix & Butter Lettuces, Grape Tomatoes, Julienne Carrots, Sliced Radishes and Croutons, Chef’s Selection of Vegetables, Breadbasket, Starbucks Coffee Service©, Iced Tea.
For dessert we will have Lemon Cake.
COST: MEMBERS ARE $30.00 AND NON-MEMBERS ARE $ 47.00

We have a short turnaround time on these reservations. Please complete the reservation form found on the back of the News Brief and return by the deadline Monday, February 28, 2026. If you put your check in the mail close to or on the deadline, PLEASE email njgust@hotmail.com or call me at (916) 725-6752 so I can have the correct count. All meals given for the final count must be paid for. No refunds after February 28, 2026.

The door prizes will be provided by SCREA, the Lawrence Effinger Estate Fund, and the Adachi Memorial Fund.
Directions: Turn in at the front of the building and park. Once you come into the hotel look for the Conference Room board to see which rooms we are in.
